By Spot Light On Kids

JANESVILLE, Wis. (PRWEB) January 18, 2006 -- Spot Light On Kids, a non-for profit performing arts company, will honor long time contributor with scholarship to help children of all ages get involved and stay involved in the arts.

This Wisconsin community of actors, singers, dancers and writers takes their spare time to build and paint sets, paint scenery and make costumes, to put on theatrical productions with Wisconsin’s youth. Spot Light On Kids' programs are open to all people regardless of race, ethnicity, disabilities, and financial status. Their main goal is to bring people of all ages together in honor of the arts.

In memory of long time contributor and participant in the arts S. Peter Roang, Spot Light On Kids has started the S. Peter Roang Scholarship fund. This fund will be devoted to the underprivileged youth in surrounding areas interested in taking arts classes and becoming involved in the many productions Spot Light puts on a year.
