To make it even better your role in this fellowship will be rotated or changed after every six months. The rotational basis structure will give you valuable hands-on experience.

Leadership Development: The program includes various components focused on leadership development, such as Personalized Coaching, Leadership Seminars, Brown-Bag Series, Fireside Chat sessions, and Continuous multi-source feedback. These components aim to enhance fellows’ leadership skills and capabilities.
  3. Community Service: Fellows will collaborate annually on important, people-centred projects designed to improve the lives of Lagosians. Furthermore, to ensure you gain valuable skills and value that will help your community, the program will allow you to undertake a high-impact leadership project of your choice. The project should be aimed at transforming communities. These projects must be implemented within the one-year duration of the fellowship.
  4. Fellowship Network: Participants will become part of an alumnus of a highly potential youth network. This network offers formal and informal peer-to-peer coaching and learning opportunities, fostering unity and national integration.
