Requirements For NNPCL/Chevron Undergraduate Scholarship

To be eligible for the NNPCL/Chevron Joint Venture Undergraduate Scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. General Eligibility:
  • Must be full-time, second-year (200 level) degree students.
  • Must be admitted in the 2022/2023 academic session.
  • Must be studying any of the specified courses in Nigerian universities. Ensure to verify your academic session before completing the application.

  • You should have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5 on a 5.0 grade system or its equivalent in other grading systems.
  • In addition, a minimum of six O-level credits in one sitting will be required.
  1. Eligibility for Blind/Visually Impaired Students:
  • You must have a minimum CGPA of 2.5 on a 5.0 grade system. But if it is another grading system, then it should be equivalent.
  • Must have a minimum of five O-level credits.
  • Must be full-time, second-year (200 level) degree students studying any course in Nigerian universities.

STEP 2: Schedule Photo and Fingerprint Capture:

  • Take a photo and fingerprint capture after filing the form
  • Go to any of the 37 NIN capture centers listed on the NIMC website to complete the registration process and obtain your NIN. Alternatively, you can complete your registration while at NIMC.

STEP 3: Update Your Application:
