  1. Polish Citizenship: Candidates must not hold Polish citizenship or have applied for it.
  2. Academic Level: Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree.
  3. Previous Scholarships: Candidates must not have previously obtained a master’s degree or received a scholarship under the Stefan Banach Scholarship Program.
