  • You will get full tuition remission for any single or approved combined undergraduate degree (This excludes the Bond Medical Program and Diploma entry students).
  • You will be invited to participate in the Vice Chancellor’s Mentoring Program. This will give you a chance to connect with other scholars as well as with influential corporate mentors, helping you cultivate industry links, networks, and business acumen. These mentors are highly regarded senior executives who work alongside scholars for the first year of study to prepare them for a successful career beyond university.

NOTE: The program will commence in the January semester following completion of Year 12; deferral to a later semester is not permitted.

Requirements for Bond University Vice Chancellor’s Elite Scholarship

To apply for this scholarship, you must meet the following criteria. You will need to

  • Be completing Year 12 at an Australian secondary school as a domestic student.
  • Have an expected ATAR of 95.00 or IB Diploma score of 38.
  • Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and community service (or school service).
  • Show commitment to maintaining high academic and personal standards throughout your time at Bond University.

Selection Process for the Vice Chancellor’s Elite Scholarship

Vice Chancellor’s Elite Scholars are chosen based on three key traits:

  • Outstanding academic performance
  • Leadership skills
  • Personal integrity

These traits are recognized by both their educators and peers for their dedication to community service and their ability to motivate and support others.

NOTE: Remember, if you are selected as a finalist for this scholarship, then you will be expected to attend a selection weekend at Bond University on September 21 and 22, 2024. You don’t have to worry about travel and accommodation expenses as the university will cover all. Other details regarding this program will be communicated to those selected for the shortlist.

Application Documents

To apply for the Vice Chancellor’s Elite Scholarship, you must submit the following documents:

  1. Summary of Achievements Template: Provide evidence of your leadership, initiative, and community/school service using thisĀ Summary of Achievements template. This is a mandatory part of your application, and you must complete all sections and upload them as a single Word or PDF document. Please note that submissions in other formats, such as CVs or resumes, will not be accepted.
  2. Academic Responses: Here, you will need to answer two academic questions: a) Describe a situation where you faced failure and what you learned from it (250 words). B) Reflect on a successful team experience and discuss its key factors for success (250 words). Enter your responses directly into your scholarship application.
  3. School Reference: You will need to provide your career advisor’s details as part of the reference. We will contact them directly as part of your application process. Please ensure you have this information ready.

How to Apply

If you are interested in the Vice Chancellor’s Elite Scholarship program and meet the eligibility requirements, follow these steps to apply:

  1. First, start going to Bond University’s application portal at student-bond.studylink.com.
  2. Complete the Bond University Study Application Form for your chosen program. More information about this process is available on the website.
  3. Fill out the Bond University Scholarship Application Form using the same login details from your study application. In the ‘Start an Application’ tab, enter ‘scholarship’ in the keyword field.
  4. Ensure you submit your scholarship application before the specified closing date, as late applications will not be considered.
